Global’s economical 45° flare fittings resist mechanical pullout and can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly. Listed with UL for flammable liquid, marine, refrigeration and gas applications these flare fittings also meets functional requirements of SAE J512 and J513, ASA and MS (Military Standards). Pneumatic Air Brake push-to-connect fittings, GLOBAL’s Prestomatic patented design of sizes

Air  brake performance specifications. A stainless steel tube support in sizes ¼” and above assures maximum flow and performance requirements of SAE Use with nylon tubing.

Pneumatic Composite Air Brake push-to-connect fittings, GLOBAL’s design of the PTC Composite Air Brake fitting complies with the performance requirements of D.O.T. FMVSS 571.106, SAE J1131 and SAE J2494-3. Brass componentry includes a shoulder on the collet for increased side load capabilities, contamination resistance features and tight internal tolerances. Use with SAE J844 type A & B nylon tubing.

Pneumatic metric push-to-connect fittings, Metric Prestolok and Prestolok 2 are compact one piece fittings allowing fast assembly, disassembly and reassembly. Metric Prestolok is an all brass nickel plated construction featuring swivels on all male threaded shapes for easy installation. Metric Prestolok 2 bodies are constructed from a high resistant polyamide material. A pre-applied white sealant is standard on all male pipe threads.

Global Connect fittings are a line of push-to-connect fittings that offer a simple, durable and economical alternative for a wide range of pneumatic applications. The fittings feature simple grab ring construction and are available in shapes and straight configurations in a full range of inch and metric sizes. All straight fittings are nickel plated while shape fittings have composite bodies with nickel plated threads. All male pipe threads have a pre-applied sealant. Inch size fittings are identified by a green release ring while metric fittings have a yellow release ring.
